The hotel had really huge rooms. the prices for breads, pastries, fruits, and drinks were reasonable. - the staff was courteous, just as I expected.

The property is clean and well-maintained. the breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. - the rooms are reasonably large with lovely views of the beach. - the location is very convenient, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Pantai Batu Feringghi.

breakfast buffet is excellent, good choice, rooms are clean, some of them have been renovated... staff are nice, there is a machine with filtered water... appreciated!! It is a place that I found peaceful.. lots of restaurants nearby and night market.

we can't swim too much the beach is muddy... chairs only on the grass.

The resort has so many choices for breakfast, including breads, pastries, and fruit. the location is nice and perfect, right next to the beach and night markets with good restaurants and fun activities. It's also easy to access the Batu Ferringhi Waterfall.

Comfortable, swimming pool with clean water, clean room and comfortable bed. Lots of cheap restaurants and supermarket in front and next to the hotel.

The service was courteous. the deluxe room had a beautiful sunset view and included amenities like tea and a hairdryer. - the breakfast was tasty with a variety of food options and reasonably priced. - the personnel were kind and helpful throughout my 9-night stay.

The staff, location, cleanliness, swimming pool and...breakfast.you have to try to me s once.

If you go there for the beach the sand and water, you have to forget because the water is not clean and does not make you want to go there but it is everywhere on this part of the coast.

Spacious room but property to be renovated

Booked a nice queen room online, got a balcony and a shared bathroom. 🌅

I was given untidy room when I arrived. The management did noy apologise for it. However the cleaners who came to clean the room were nice and kind toy family. The room was a big mess. We had to wait for 30 minutes till the cleaners made up the room. Unforgiven and unforgetful experience.

No comment coz I am still upset with the whole experience.

All hotel staff friendly and very good manner. Comfortable room & clean. Love the pool very much! , beautiful & lovely garden by the sea side. Variants food to eat for buffet breakfast. So many choices & can eat all out! Suitable for family vacation!
